I reverted this. Sorry. You broke the download page. That is *very* bad.

To explain:
- The website is uploaded, by me, by the upload-website script.
- Amongst other things this does some substitutions, notably for the keyword 
FREENETVERSION. This is used by the download links for *all 3 operating 
systems*. Linux users in particular are a significant proportion of new 
installs.
- Another substitution is for the funds balance. This one is done separately: 
We keep a second copy of the website without the money substitution, and 
periodically, as a script on my side uploads the latest balance, a script on 
osprey regenerates the website by substituting the new value.

So what you need to do is:
- Reinstate your changes.
- Make sure both levels of substitution work, and update or replace the 
upload-website script. (You now have access to the maintenance scripts repo).
- Make sure that ALL the download links work.
- Tell me when you're done so I can grab the new upload script.

Thanks - I don't mean to criticise, it would be great to have working l10n on 
the website.
