https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/-/merge_requests/2613 It lets user-assigned hotkeys take precedence over default common-action bindings (issue #5916). The first-round review asked to generalize the rule and add a QA test. Both are in: the resolution now favors user-assigned over default in general, with a new test in qa/tests/common/test_action_manager.cpp. The branch is rebased on current master and CI is green.
