(posting again in here) @kaxil give we're using tox for this, it should be a matter of just adding/updating the runtimes inside the tox file [here](https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/blob/master/tox.ini#L20) and [here](https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/blob/master/tox.ini#L40) and then pass the desired python version through the Travis script as we do now.
