Different versions of PyLint are used for different tests. PyLint 2 no longer supports legacy Python. The two sets of legacy Python tests use different version of PyLint 1 on purpose because changing the line 97 test caused too many issues. If anyone can figure out how to update line 97 to use PyLint 1.9.3 then we could implement that change.
