It seems that the previous field name `partitions` is also clear and a bit more concise than `partition_responses`? `partitions` is probably also more consistent with other schemas such as `ListOffsetRequest`. There is a few other schemas that uses `partition_responses`. I feel it may be good to keep the name unchanged if it is not too confusing. Otherwise, it seems better to change all of them to use `partitions` consistently.
