I'd like to test and review XWIKI-1621, check that XWIKI-2100 didn't break anything in the skin, and finish XWIKI-2098. XWIKI-2117 might also be important, but I'm not sure it can easily be fixed. I have some workarounds in mind, but a real solution would be to switch to UTF-8. The whole web did, we're left behind.
