Fixed Toucan issues in IE, checked XWIKI-1621, didn't see anything weird
in the skin (so XWIKI-2100 should be fine for the moment, however this
should not be closed yet as I still have some other things to change
here). And XWIKI-2098 is not urgent, I'll see if I have time to finish
it. Otherwise, it can be closed and create another issue for the
getSkinFile method.
