Hi,

I'm not so sure about some Storage Components implementations if it's
clearly defined by XWiki team (in theory as I suppose it will not be
possible for the hibernate store that will have to be done as Data
Model implementation first dependency) but I think at least the New
Data Model has to be done by core comitters especially because almost
all comitters will be involved in this process at some points.

It's for me the most important XWiki work that has to be done since
I'm XWiki comitter (no so long ok ;) ) and this has to be lead by
someone who know very well XWiki internals and its history. He/she
will also have to be available when all other comiters will refactors
there respective parts/plugins of XWiki products and will ask 10 times
a day lots of "how best to ?" and "ho no we forgot that, where can we
put it ?".
