+1 for 3) but provided we have a filter box above the tree to filter  
pages/attachments/spaces/wikis
+1 for 3B or 3C. 3A doesn't scale with the number of pages.

+1 for replacing the current index treeview and have a single  
implementation (will require drag and drop for the index).

Re GWT +1 provided we can find an easy way to do drag and drop (I hope  
it exists and that we won't have to rewrite it - Otherwise might be  
better to use another ajax fwk maybe?)
