You should try doing this in the XWiki space on xwiki.org... then come back here :) There are 2 problems: 1) it won't work when there are a large number of documents (for ex, there are thousands of XWiki users on xwiki.org) 2) it's not intuitive at all since the user has to scroll to see the action. How will he know he has to do that to add a new page if that link is not visible?
