There's one remaining problem Thomas with this: the default XAR will not display properly. We would need to have 2 XARs for this to work: one for backward compat and a new one, using titles. And this is a pain to do IMO. We don't want a new user to start XE and find that all titles are duplicated by default with a clean wiki he hasn't touched. WDYT?
