Hi,

I can confirm that there are problems with utf-8.  When selecting a page 
title with non-ascii characters from the suggestion list, it will load 
without problems, but when typing in a title containing a non-ascii 
character, as soon as you type in the first such character, the 
suggestion dissapears and the page will not load.  I do not get the 
"AJAX: Internal Server Error", though.
