I don't think you can have access to the file system to put your own jars for instance. Note that all wikis on myxwiki.org share the same webapp (jars, configuration, resources) so you can't have a custom webapp without affecting the others. As long as your customization goes only in wiki pages you can work offline and then import your xar in your wiki on myxwiki.org.
