This seems to make sense. "Office Server" sounds good. However this is a costly change (and it's a major compatibility break) since this is not just about translation strings but also about several parts of the code (and the exposed script context variables). Changing only the translation strings fixes only point 2 above but not point 1 (don't know if it's a problem that it's trademarked, I believe Java too is trademarked for example). OTOH I'm -0 if we only consider translating strings and not the java code.
