Hey I wanted to try and fix a bug. I feel the bug "Some top menu URLs are pointing to the skin wiki instead of the local wiki" <http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XWIKI-6544> (http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XWIKI-6544) can be worked upon by me as I have studied velocity and have gone through the code of menuview.vm but I am unable to understand the scenario in which the bug surfaces. If someone could help me understand it , it would be of great help to me.
