I've started working on the AppWithinMinutes feature. The objective is to start with the XWiki core changes so that we have them in the 3.1 development period so that we are able to work on UI in the 3.2 timeframe.
The first change is with the sheet system. We have talked quite a few times of how the edit/inline mode does not really make sense and how using "include" to customize the display of a page is not the right way to handle this.
What I'm proposing in the following document is a "View" system which has XWiki resolve the sheets to be used to customize the display.

We should discuss the proposed features so that we all agree to that implementation.
