Actually I just reproduced it, I don't know why it's not in
http://maven.xwiki.org/snapshots/org/xwiki/enterprise/xwiki-enterprise-jetty-hsqldb/3.1-SNAPSHOT/
but I get the jar in XE war when I build it myself.
