Interesting indeed. I also cannot duplicate it now, but I'm using different build method (just xwiki-enterprise alone) so let's leave it sleeping in forum archive for googling of another xwiki building beginner... Anyway, if I hit it again, I'll try to duplicate it more precisely and record all appropriate commands leading to failure... Thanks!
