Also we have a problem with the notion of Space. Some people don't get at first that there are used for organizing stuff. Some think that they are used for application purposes (a space for Blog, a space for Invitation, etc). They learn that spaces contain pages in the creation process. If we gonna remove the ability to create spaces, normal users will create all their pages on Main, which I don't think is the right behavior. First because they will not see in the "Add" menu the possibility to create spaces of their own and second because they would need an admin to create for them the desired space.
