Well yes and no, you actually found an issue. commons is a bit special since it's supposed to depend on nothing but Maven central so it should have worked but I checked and indeed emory-util-classloader is not on Central which mean we have quite an issue here since it completely defeat the whole point of deploying commons itself on Central.
