Well yes and no, you actually found an issue. commons is a bit special
since it's supposed to depend on nothing but Maven central so it
should have worked but I checked and indeed emory-util-classloader is
not on Central which mean we have quite an issue here since it
completely defeat the whole point of deploying commons itself on
Central.
In the meantime doing what Sergiu suggested will fix your issue.
Thanks, makes me feel less of an idiot. The build worked fine once I
set up settings.xml.
