The only problem you may have is if you had previously installed http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Navigation+Menu+Wiki+Macro http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/NavigationMenuConfig The Menu Application is not compatible with these two, so you have to uninstall them.
