I got the same thing here, so those items are definitly connected in some manner. The EM also indicated that the old Navigation Menu Wiki Macro <http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Navigation+Menu+Wiki+Macro> and the Navigation Menu Config Application <http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/NavigationMenuConfig> and the Menu Application <http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Menu+Application> are somehow connected. It showed that I could downgrade the Navigation Menu Wiki Macro and the Navigation Menu Config Application.
