We could extend the FullCalendar macro to allow the addition of Meetings entries, but it needs development resources since right now is not implemented. Alternatively, we could use the 'Calendar View' just for the display of meetings, not addition. http://design.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/download/Proposal/MeetingApplicationDesignII/meetings-V2-view-meeting.png Panels: * you've used the same view to display different states for the panels (empty, with content). My only comment is that the content of the inputs/textareas need to be black and not gray (in order to differentiate from xHint color). http://design.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/download/Proposal/MeetingApplicationDesignII/meetings-V2-edit-meeting-status-selector.png The select will not be able to look like that with default browser styling, and is also very colorful. A solution is to have a normal select in edit mode and to change the styling in view mode, when displaying the status, but maybe using just color, not background-color, as already mentioned.
