DFC-L,

While most transactions seem to be going through without problems, a few users of the DFC Store have reported credit card rejection problems related to the contracted Verisign credit card transaction security process. While that security system is beyond my control, a couple of quirks about it have recently come to light that may explain these problems, and in at least one case (P.O. Box in billing address) there is now a solution that you almost surely never would have tried. I have edited the Online Store Instructions (http://desertfishes.org/meetings/DFC_store_instructions.html) to provide information that may help get your transactions through Verisign. I continue working with the system administrators to smooth out the glitches with the Verisign security process.

Please don't hesitate to contact me at this address or phone (below), or via the links to webmaster in the DFC site with any DFC Online Store problem or question.

See y'all soon in Death Valley.
