Your Managin-Director has not a clue.
He is running RAS-server on his PC.
You have three options, in order of preference :)
a) Remove the PC, give paper and pencil to the manager.
b) Remove RAS-Server from PC.
c) Configure RAS-Server to use fixed ip-address instead of pooled.
