Hi,
I suspect what you're looking for is "deny booting;" in a host statement.
You can add this to the dhcpd.conf file after the client has received the
lease,
then restart dhcpd. The only "gotcha" I've found is some versions of dhcpd
need a block of code added in dhcp.c to detect the "deny booting;" statement
in the host scope during renewal. The mod came drom Jeff Murphy last fall, I
can forward more info if this is what you're looking for.
