Can you send me the output of tcpdump while the client is trying to
get an address?
tcpdump -vv -e -s 1500 -x udp port 67

Oh, you _are_ running the latest version of the DHCP server, right?
The latest official 2.0 patchlevel is 18.
Also, please don't ever censor server logs that you send in - send the
whole relevent excerpt, preferably including the server startup
message, and don't worry if it isn't pretty.
