Unfortunately, the CE side is Wyse (my company) which ultimately boils down
to Microsoft (which is their code) and the server side is the ISC server.
In Microsoft's case, we are asking for a version of their DLL which works.
Of course, what is the correct fix to their code? Do do what they always do
and violate the RFC, or to have their client deal with non-null terminated
strings correctly.
