Just tried it. The DLPI responds fine to the non-local dhclient.
So not really much of a problem case I guess.
If it's not obvious, I was looking at this for local-server up-ness
testing. So it's a weird and probably not too important case for a
server to talk to itself, so feel free to ignore this thread/question.
