Hm. Dare I ask why/how you're unicasting a DHCPDISCOVER message?
Not that this should be a problem, mind you. I just took apart the
packet and couldn't find any other blatant problems with it, though.
I deconstructed the packet, and the only problem I found with it was
that the client identifier looked mangled. Should it be nil\255, or
nilo? In addition, it's possible that the UDP checksum is wrong, but
I didn't feel like checking that... :'}
