I have a client that is sending packets, but now DHCPD doesn't see
them. This is my own DHCP client I've been writing for a network boot loader
called Nilo. (www.nilo.org) I can tell using tcpdump that the packets are
going out, but DHCPD doesn't see them. I'm, pretty sure this is from a
config change, as an older, known working versions of my client gives me the
same problem, namely a "connection refused" from recvfrom(). Any suggestions
on why DHCPD doesn't respond ? (this isn't a dhcp bug)
