If you install the dhcp distribution with ``make install'', then most
of the documentation should be readily available with the man
command. The remainder of the documentation is in the README file at
the top level of the distribution, and the README file also tells you
how to access the man pages. If you are using the version that came
with Linux, you should probably upgrade to the latest version, which
is at ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp/dhcp-2.0b1pl26.tar.gz.
