I believe that depends upon the dhcp server in question.  The ISC DHCP server, 
for which this list is all about is quite capable of serving multiple subnets 
from a single machine on a single subnet.

Well, good luck to you.  You'd be better off with Linux and the ISC DHCP 
server.
