Yes, for every client, you can specify a host declaration:
host foo { hardware ethernet 00:00:ac:23:ad:a9; }
Then, at the top of the configuration file, write ``deny
unknown-clients;''. This will prevent any client without a host
declaration from booting. You can also use subclasses to exercise
finer-grained control, but this is only available in 3.0.
