You need to set up relay agents on any network segment to which your
DHCP server is not directly connected.  If you are using a commercial
router to connect these subnets, it probably already has a built-in
relay agent - you just need to figure out how to enable it.  If you
aren't using a commercial router, you can set up Linux or NetBSD boxes
with relay agents on each subnet (the boxes do not need to be routers)
or if you have NT servers on each network, NT can be configured to
relay, and again does not need to be a router to do so.   I'm not sure
if this works for NT workstation, or only for NT server.
