Hi
I have installed HARP 3.0 in FreeBSD with an ATM NIC (Efficient 155M) to use
the CIP and then start dhcpd but failed:

Can't attach interface ni0 to bpf device /dev/bpf0: Device not configured
exiting.
I have enabled the bdpfilter in the kernel and MAKEDEV already.
Any suggestion to tackle the problem are much appreciated.
