which contain the minor modifications to use the dhclient if it is installed,
then pump otherwise. It also stops the silly practice of releasing the lease
when networking is shut down.

We use these at the College. If you have any problems with them, please let me know.
No matter how many times I uploaded my dhcp 3 RPMs previously, they
never made it into contrib.redhat.com. However, it seems to make sense
to keep one for dhcp 2 there at the same time, so the solution was to change
the name.
They were all compiled on RH 6.0. The bind package does not compile on 5.2.
All the packages are signed by me; the key is on the public key servers.
