Hi Fabio, We are very interested in collaborating with you. The problem with regard to OpenHealth is that unlike the DHIS 2 code, OH has not yet been prepared for release into the open (likely to be under the WHO Public License, a slightly modified version of Apache 2.0). Therefore, things are not yet streamlined (as you have noticed).
I will try to remedy this situation later today.
