Hello, most reporting tools - all reporting tools starting from 2.8 - read data from the data mart. Data mart is a data repository (db tables) optimized for data analysis / queries containing aggregated data records.
So you need to populate the data mart after entering data. To do a one-off data mart population you go to "Reports" under maintenance modules -> "Data mart". To set up scheduled (nightly, automatic) data mart jobs to keep the data mart up to date you go to "Data administration" under services -> "Scheduling".
