Hi John,

It means that it is not only available in the latest trunk code for the
coming 2.12 release (due in early June), but has also been fixed for the
2.11 release. In other words, there is an update to 2.11, which you can
download to replace the one you are currently running. We recommend
continuing to use 2.11 until 2.12 has been completed, tested, and released.
