Hi Bill,

Have a look at Maintenance -> Mobile Configuration -> SMS configuration.
Not sure how self-explanatory the settings are, but we can pretty much
define a command exactly the way you are thinking. It is then important to
create a user who has the correct mobile phone number and is assigned to
only one orgunit (the one which will receive the data).
