Dear Helder, could you please provide us with a bit more information about what does not work? I assume you refer to the "aggregate" indicators which can be found in the maintenance -> data dictionary module -> indicators, correct?
It is definitely possible to create indicators with data elements from different data sets, there are no constraints in that regard.
