I will explain with two examples:
1- the relation between information from two different form(Data Set).
I created a DataElement named 'proyeccion de población', but it is used in two
different DataSet. Then I need to create a indicator with this DataElement,
but, How do I differentiate the DataSet that it have the information?.
2. the relation between two different programs.
I need to create a query that it filter the number patient registered in a
programs(Sivigila) and also this are registered in other program(Referencia de
pacientes).
After I run the Analytics or the manual person aggregation and it doesn't show
nothing.

You can define a custom registration form in Maintenance > Persons and Program
> Person Registration Form.

Dear Helder,
could you please provide us with a bit more information about what does not
work? I assume you refer to the "aggregate" indicators which can be found in
the maintenance -> data dictionary module -> indicators, correct?
It is definitely possible to create indicators with data elements from
different data sets, there are no constraints in that regard.
Did you remember to re-generate analytics tables after data entry, before
trying to generate reports?
