Hi Carl, I see that your level column says NULL. Not 100% sure, but this could be linked to missing organisation unit level names. Have you populated those? See demo here: http://apps.dhis2.org/dev/dhis-web-maintenance-organisationunit/organisationUnitLevel.action
Try that and run analytics again. You could also check the _orgunitstructure table and see if your orgunits are there at correct levels.
