Well spotted Ola. I missed that, which I shouldn't have because I have seen it from time to time. Mind you I can't help thinking that Carl's expectation is actually reasonable enough ... that in the absence of providing level names we should just provide some default. It is maybe a little bit odd as the levels don't really "exist" in the db until they get named. But we could make this a little more sane ..
