My first time posting here - hopefully I won't get shot down too quickly

I am setting up an Indicator in a Program to retrieve all the tests done &
instead of writing many commands to get all testing options, is there a
way to just get all records that have an entry i.e. not null?
For example, currently I have:
Malaria Surveillance.SRV - RDT Result == 'Pf' or Malaria
Surveillance.SRV - RDT Result == 'Pv' or Malaria Surveillance.SRV - RDT
Result == 'Invalid'
- & I would like something shorter e.g. Malaria Surveillance.SRV - RDT
Result == !null (not sure if this is the correct syntax, but it doesn't
work for me anyway...)
I hope I have provided clear enough info - please get back to me if
needing more.
