This is for Dia 0.96pre3, Windows, Swedish locale.
The tooltip for the 'snap to grid'-icon, and for the icon just to the
right of it has the same text in the tooltip. Both say
"Växlar fäst vid rutnät för detta fönster"
which would mean "Changes snap to grid for this window".
