As Alexander said, it's currently only available on Unix and Windows. gtk+ is a graphical toolset (defines the way buttons, menu etc work) developed for Unix and later ported (somewhat roughly) to Windows. I don't know of any Psion port, and it sounds unlikely to me. The GPL is just a license, has nothing to do with platforms. In essence, it says that if you distribute the binaries, you must distribute the sources as well. HTH.
