I should get around to adding your network shapes to the main distro. I
have just been a bit busy for a while (uni).
As for changes to the namespace tag, what is used in dia-0.87 (when it
comes out) will probably be final. It uses the tag
http://www.w3.org/2000/svg, which was recommended in the SVG candidate
recommendation, and won't change between revisions of the draft.
